Look for hidden fees, and actions that interfere
with marketing such as:
1. You’re asked to
pay money at closing.
2. The listing company takes a portion of the other
broker’s commission.
3. You’re required to send leads to a specific
company.
4. You’re required to use a specific title company.
5. You’re required to use a specific insurance company.
6. The listing may not be in the official Broker’s MLS.
7. You pay more to cover referral fees because the signing
company is not
licensed in Colorado.
Read the fine print. If there
is anything required of you, then it is not a Free MLS listing.
